Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made from Stone Doctor Online (www.stonedoctoronline.com.au), a business division of Stone Doctor Australia Pty Ltd. (ABN No. 25 151 840 863)
1. Orders & Delivery
a) All orders placed through this web site are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Stone Doctor Online.
b) Stone Doctor Online may vary its prices in the event of price changes or amendments made by suppliers with reasonable notice to you.
c) Stone Doctor Online or its agent, will deliver goods you order to the address you specify in your order, subject to product availability. Where the goods are not available you will be notified of this by Stone Doctor Online as soon as possible. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by Stone Doctor Online to be the authorized recipients of the goods.
d) If your goods include products in respect of which the law prescribes a minimum age for purchase, you must be over the age of 18 years (or such other minimum age as is prescribed by the law), and you must ensure that a person over that age is available to accept delivery of the goods. Stone Doctor Online may refuse to deliver goods, if the person receiving the goods are unable or unwilling to provide evidence of proof of age.
e) If there is no-one at the delivery address, or no-one of appropriate age to receive the order, Stone Doctor Online may charge you additional re-delivery fees.
f) We will not entertain lost or damaged claims once goods are delivered
g) Stone Doctor Online reserves the right to restrict sales to retail quantities, when supplying resellers and distributors.
h) As a general rule we do not ship goods to the PO Boxes. If you have special delivery requirements, please contact us for further information.
i) Delivery delays may occur during the months of November - February due to the high demand and heavy load on postal services and customs.
j) Any order cancellations will incur a 20% cancellation fee, to cover administrative overheads. Cancellation requests after the dispatching of goods will be treated in accordance with Stone Doctor Online Returns Policy.
k) Unclaimed or undeliverable goods may incur additional fees for redirection / re-delivery.
l) We use both TNT and Australia Post as our delivery partners. However, we reserve the right to deliver the goods ourselves when it proves favourable to us. The shipping cost will remain the same as charged for both regular and DG (Dangerous Goods) deliveries.
2. Returns Policy (Exchanges & Returns)
We will exchange but not refund on your purchases if you have erroneously selected items. Products must be intact, not opened or used and in the same condition in which you received them.

Please note, that delivery charges will apply in all exchange circumstances.
All returns and cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping surcharge and handling charges are not refundable, unless the item(s) is faulty (defective materials and/or workmanship) or not as per your order.
3. Prices & Payment
a) For each online order, you must pay: (i)the applicable price for the relevant goods, confirmed by Stone Doctor Online; and (ii)the delivery surcharge fee applicable for goods with Dangerous Goods (DG) classification and handling fee as specified on the checkout page at that time.
b) This store provides secure online shopping experience through the secure payment gateway of PayPal, using major credit / debit cards bank account or PayPal account. Paypal complies to Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) which is a international security standard requirement to protect payment card data.
c) At this stage we can only accept payments using the methods stated on the payment page upon the checkout.
d) We are unable to accept COD requests.
e) The payment shall be made in full and must be cleared before the goods are dispatched.
f) Australian customers, please note, that all prices listed are excluding GST.
g) All payments are processed in Australian Dollars and converted to the local currency by your credit card provider. The total amount in foreign currency may vary slightly depending on the fees charged and exchange rate used by the credit provider. The currency conversion facility provided by Stone Doctor Online is based on approximate current exchange rates and does not include fees charged by the credit card provider. As a result, the actual amount charged in the international currency may vary slightly from the amount shown by the currency conversion facility.
h) Some payments may be subject to ID verification which requires the credit card holder to complete and return (by email or fax) a Payment Authorisation form.
